kri11's Terms and Conditions

1 General Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kri11 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("User", "you", "Member"). kri11 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh.

By accessing the kri11 platform, creating an account or using any of its services you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You voluntarily agree to abide by these Terms.
• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal right to participate in online gaming within your own jurisdiction.

2 Eligibility Criteria and Account Registration

2.2 Registration Process

During account registration you must provide accurate and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. Providing false information may result in account closure and cancellation of any pending payments.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kri11 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Required documents must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving a verification request. Withdrawals may be suspended until KYC is completed.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Maintaining the security of your kri11 account is entirely your responsibility. The following must be observed to keep your account secure:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong and unique password.
• Do not allow anyone else access to your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, inform the support team immediately.
• End your session after logging in from a public or shared computer.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. kri11 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access, provided you notify us in a timely manner.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the kri11 platform:

The following conditions must be met before requesting a withdrawal:

• The account's KYC verification must be completed.
• Deposited funds must be withdrawn through the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for unusually large withdrawal amounts.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the kri11 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To claim this bonus the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A specific wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Bonuses apply to one account only; if multiple members of a household use the same device, each member must demonstrate eligibility individually.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become eligible for withdrawal only after wagering requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• kri11 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when conducting betting and gaming activities on the kri11 platform:

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are displayed when the game loads.
• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, kri11 will make a decision in accordance with its recovery policy.
• For live betting, bets placed after a market is suspended or cancelled will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following applies when betting on cricket, football and other sports:

• If a match starts significantly later than its scheduled time, bets may be cancelled.
• If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, settlement will follow the applicable sportsbook rules.
• For the settlement of results, the announcement of the official governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL, etc.) is final.
• If incorrect score information is displayed and bets are placed based on that information, kri11 reserves the right to cancel those bets.

6.3 Jackpots and Special Prizes

The game provider's own rules apply to progressive jackpots and special prizes. Payment confirmation for a jackpot win may take longer than usual.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kri11 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Bonus abuse using multiple accounts.
• Betting using automated software, bots or algorithmic methods.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating bets with other users (matched betting).
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Betting on behalf of or with the funds of a third party.
• Operating an account for commercial purposes.
• Harassing, intimidating or defrauding other users.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kri11 bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a gaming session is disrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If a transaction is delayed or fails due to an error by a third-party payment provider.
• If the gaming experience is affected by the user's own device or network.
• If the service is disrupted due to uncontrollable circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and the like.
• If any loss occurs as a result of the user providing incorrect information.

kri11 makes every effort to ensure continuity of service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure by kri11

kri11 may close or suspend an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms or any other policy.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Not meeting the age requirement.

12.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however any outstanding bonuses will be cancelled.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between kri11 and a user, the following process will be followed:

• Step 1: Submit a written description of the dispute to the support team. The support team will respond within 72 hours.
• Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
• Step 3: Both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through mutual discussion.

In the case of disputes regarding game outcomes, the server log records will be considered the final evidence.

14 Changes to Terms

kri11 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you find the new terms unacceptable, please request to close your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always indicates the effective date of the current terms.
